Mukham Dhannyam Tadevaasti VAdati Maduram Sadaa |
Klesham Harati Deenaanaam Vachanai Rasapooritai ||
Blessed is the mouth that utters sweet speech and by its kind and affectionate sentence (words) destroy the distress of the poor.
Meaning the sweet speech and kind words evanescence even the afflicted person’s distress.
